Chibi Games Performance on Android in Germany, Q3 2024

The third quarter of 2024 presented an interesting landscape for chibi games on the Android platform in Germany, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here’s a closer look at the performance of the top five games in this category.

Dreamland Story: Match 3 from Remi Vision showed a fluctuating revenue pattern, starting at approximately $1.4K in early July and peaking at about $1.4K again by the end of September. Despite the lack of new downloads, the game maintained a consistent revenue stream throughout the quarter.

Slime Legion from Perfeggs experienced a gradual decline in weekly active users, moving from 2.6K at the beginning of July to 2.4K by the end of September. Revenue also showed a downward trend, beginning at around $590 and settling at $320 by quarter's end.

Pou, developed by Zakeh, led the pack in terms of downloads, with numbers starting at 15.7K in the first week of July and tapering off to 8.4K by September's close. Weekly active users remained robust throughout the quarter, hovering around 200K, although there was some volatility with peaks and troughs in activity.

Fluvsies - A Fluff to Luv by TutoTOONS showed notable growth in both downloads and active users. Downloads increased from 6.1K in early July to 5.6K by the end of September. The number of weekly active users also rose, starting at 41.8K and reaching 39.7K by the end of the quarter.

HyperBeard’s Pocket Love saw a decline in both downloads and weekly active users. Downloads decreased from 1.9K in early July to 1.1K by the end of September. Similarly, active users dropped from 7.2K to 5.2K over the same period. Revenue followed a similar downward trajectory, starting at $231 and ending at $147.
